Tekib palju k\u00fcsimusi &#8211; milleks ja miks sa neid kasutad? Saame teada \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schroth meetod on Saksamaalt p\u00e4rit juba 100 aastat praktiseeritud ja arenenud tehnika skolioosi ja muude l\u00fclisamba ja rindkere murede konservatiivseks raviks. <strong>Kuna skolioos on kolmem\u00f5\u00f5tmeline muutus l\u00fclisambas, on vaja mitmeid korrektsioone, et saavutada parim asend<\/strong>. Selleks tulevad appi v\u00e4iksemad ja suuremad vahendid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pulgad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaks pulka, mis v\u00f5iksid olla v\u00e4hemalt nii pikad, et seistes saab sirutatud k\u00e4ega veel kinni v\u00f5tta. Ehk \u00fcldjuhul v\u00e4hemalt 180cm. Minu puhul nt peavad pulgad \u00fcle 2 meetri olema, sest olen ise 180 cm pikk :). Pulkadega saab toetada enda sirutamist, inglise keeles on hea termin <em>elongation<\/em> ehk pikenemine. Kahte pulka saab kasutada k\u00f5ikides asendites &#8211; istudes, p\u00fcsti, pikali, p\u00f5lvedel jne. \u00dchte pulka kasutatakse kallutatud asendites nagu puri ehk <em>sail<\/em>. Kui Uniplastist suurtes kogustes kotikesi tellima hakkasime k\u00fcsiti l\u00f5puks: &#8220;Vabandust..aga mida te nendega teete t\u00e4psemalt?&#8221;. Viskame! Schroth meetodi soojendusharjutustes on hea kasutada kotikesi ja spetsiifilisi liigutusi tehes neid k\u00e4est-k\u00e4tte visates. P\u00f5hiline roll on kotikestel pikali asendites korrektsiooni saavutamisel. N\u00e4iteks k\u00f5huli asetatakse \u00fcks kotikene etteulatuva puusa ja roiete alla, vahel ka lauba alla. Neid \u00f5mblesin esialgu ise, hiljem mu tubli emme ja n\u00fc\u00fcd saab neid osta minu palve ja jooniste peale ka <a href=\"https:\/\/uniplast.ee\/toode\/kiilterakott\/\">Uniplastist siit!<\/a> Jess! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00f6\u00f6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Traktsiooni ehk venitusv\u00f6\u00f6 <\/strong>kasutamine on iseloomulik BSPTS ehk Hispaania koolkonnale, kus minagi Schroth meetodit \u00f5ppinud olen. V\u00f6\u00f6 kinnitatakse varbseinale, ukse vahele vms kindla eseme k\u00fclge ning \u00fcmber puusade. Eesm\u00e4rgiks anda v\u00f5imalust kehal veel rohkem sirutuda ning fikseerida asendit. Vastavalt skolioosi mustrile s\u00e4titakse ja v\u00f6\u00f6 rihma osa puusa poole, mis vajab enim &#8220;avamist&#8221;. V\u00f6\u00f6d poest osta Eestist ei saa, aga seda on \u00fcpris lihtne ise meisterdada. V\u00e4ga sobilikud selleks on plastikust toolid, mida kasutatakse vannitoas lastel k\u00f5rgendusena. Koduses keskkonnas saab kasutada ka n\u00e4iteks diivanilauda v\u00f5i diivanit ennast. Abivahenditega v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga loov!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rullid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rullis r\u00e4tikut v\u00f5i matti kasutatakse k\u00f5huli asendis puusade all ning k\u00e4(t)e all. Puusade alla asetades aitab s\u00e4ilitada ja arendada meie loomulikku lordoosi ning aidata kaasa pikisuunalisele venitusele. \u00dche k\u00e4e alla asetatakse rull kui on rinnaosas k\u00f5verus. Vaata n\u00e4idet allolevast videost. Kummilinti kasutatakse ka n\u00e4iteks vastupanu andmiseks n\u00e4iteks SCT-l (shoulder counter tractionil ehk \u00fchel korrektsioonil, mis n\u00e4htav k\u00f5rvaloleval pildil) ning ka teiste (j\u00f5u)harjutustega. Varbsein on suurep\u00e4rane vahend aitamaks traktsiooni ehk pikisuunalist venitust ning fikseerimaks k\u00e4te asendit. Kasutatakse rippumiseks, poolrippumiseks, asendi hoidmiseks nt k\u00f5huli v\u00f5i k\u00fcljega seina poole asendites. P\u00fchendunud skolioosi ravikorsetti kandvale noorele ma soovitaksin koju selle v\u00f5imalusel muretseda, aga ta pole ilmtingimata vajalik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peegel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peeglid aitavad hoida t\u00e4helepanu ning silma peal kehaasendil ning korrektsioonidel. Kuna aju jaoks v\u00f5ib olla skoliootiline kehaasend ka &#8220;normaalne&#8221; ja &#8220;keskasend&#8221; aitab peegel vajalikel korrektsioonidel piku peal hoida. <strong>Meie keha ei pruugi tajuda, et oleme kusagile poole kallutatud ning tunda end vaataja silmale sirges asendis hoopis \u00fcmberkukkumas.<\/strong> Piisab \u00fchest peeglist, mis v\u00f5iks olla teisaldatav ja jalaga, kuid v\u00f5imalusel j\u00e4lgida end nii eest kui k\u00fclje pealt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Vahendeid, mida skolioosiravis kasutada on palju ning rohkemgi, kui siin postituses v\u00e4lja t\u00f5in. <strong>T\u00f5siasi on see, et parim harjutus on endiselt see, mis tehtud saab. <\/strong>Vahenditega v\u00f5i ilma.
