Tihti just seet\u00f5ttu, et skolioosiga kaasnevad ilmingud, nagu \u00f5lgade erinev k\u00f5rgus v\u00f5i as\u00fcmmeetriline kehaasend, paistab v\u00e4lja. See v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga hirmutav ja segadust tekitav. Suures plaanis v\u00f5ib lisaks muudele jaotustele skolioosi jaotada ka <strong>struktuurseks ja funktsionaalseks.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kuidas teha vahet, kas on tegemist struktuurse muutusega (n-\u00f6 t\u00f5elise skolioosiga) v\u00f5i funktsionaalse skolioosiga (n-\u00f6 n\u00e4iline skolioos, skoliootiline Rehabilitation Treatment) defineerib skolioosi nii:\u00a0<strong>Skolioos on \u00fcldtermin, mis h\u00f5lmab erinevaid muutuseid l\u00fclisamba, rindkere ja kehat\u00fcve kujus ning asendis.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) s\u00f5nul kinnitatakse diagnoos, kui\u00a0<strong>Cobb nurk on 10\u00b0 v\u00f5i suurem ning rotatsioon on tuvastatav.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pikemalt skolioosist, diagnoosimisest ja ravist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fusioterapeutsandra.ee\/en\/skolioos\/\">olen kirjutanud siin versus struktuurne skolioos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d01003d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d01003d\" data-element_type=\"section\" struktuurne<\/strong> ehk <strong>on n\u00e4htavad struktuursed muutused l\u00fclisambas<\/strong> (n\u00e4iteks l\u00fclikeha ei ole s\u00fcmmeetriline, vaid meenutab kiilu, esineb l\u00fclikehade rotatsioon jne). Nimetus <strong>funktsionaalne skolioos<\/strong> viitab sellele, et <strong>skoliootiline kehaasend on millegi muu t\u00f5ttu<\/strong>. Keha proovib kompenseerida oma asendiga m\u00f5nd teist probleemi. N\u00e4iteks lihasspasm v\u00f5i jalgade oluline pikkuse erinevus, m\u00f5ni traumaj\u00e4rgne kehaasend, valu v\u00e4ltimine, korduvatest liigutustest v\u00f5i asenditest tekkinud uus harjumusp\u00e4rane asend jms.\u00a0<\/p><p>Funktsionaalse skolioosi puhul v\u00f5ib esineda v\u00e4ga sarnane kliiniline pilt struktuurse skolioosiga &#8211; n\u00e4iteks \u00fcks \u00f5lg n\u00e4ib k\u00f5rgem, on talje as\u00fcmmeetria, \u00fcks puus k\u00f5rgemal, keha v\u00f5i pea kallutatud keskjoone suhtes, k\u00f5rgem\/pinges lihas \u00fchel kehapoolel jne.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Aga see, et v\u00e4lisel vaatlusel on pilt sarnane ei t\u00e4henda, et skolioos oleks tuvastatav ka r\u00f6ntgenilt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>K\u00f5ige lihtsam neil kahel vahet teha on skolioosi diagnoosimiseks m\u00f5eldud <strong>Adamsi ettekallutustestiga<\/strong>. Kuna struktuursete muutuste korral l\u00fclisambas esineb skolioosi puhul alati ka mingil m\u00e4\u00e4ral rotatsiooni, siis Adamsi ettekallutustestil n\u00e4eme selja pooltel ka as\u00fcmmeetriat. Klassikaliselt n\u00e4iteks k\u00f5rgemat rinnaosa paremal pool ja nimmeosa vasakul pool.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>On oluline teada, et ettekallutustesti peaks kordama ka istudes, et v\u00e4listada jalgade potentsiaalsest pikkuse erinevusest tulenevat muutust!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
